Terms of Re-Selling Agreement

1.
Approved registrants are free to re-sell both the StretchWare software and the listed Shelter Fitness Books at any price they wish. (California residents must furnish their Seller’s Permit Number or be charged state sales tax.)

2. Pre-payment is required for all orders.

3. Minimum purchase is 10 items. (Listed books, posters, and StretchWare may be combined to meet the minimum purchase requirement.)

4. There are to be no returns of purchased items. Shelter Publications will, however, replace any defective software CD-ROM free of charge.

5. Re-Sellers may market the StretchWare software and fitness books under their own or any other name, but cannot under any circumstances obliterate, alter, or substitute anything for the StretchWare or Shelter registered trademark and logo. The StretchWare or Shelter trademark and logo must remain intact in any re-selling situation.

6. As purchasers of StretchWare, Re-Sellers are bound by the same Use Agreement as any other individual purchaser. Likewise, all individual buyers of StretchWare from Re-Sellers are automatically bound by this Use Agreement, which is printed on p. i of the user manual that accompanies the CD-ROM.

7. Re-Sellers are prohibited from entering into site licensing agreements on behalf of Shelter Publications and cannot be involved in the site licensing of StretchWare in any way.

8. Shelter Publications may terminate registrants for cause at any time.

Your registration in this program signifies that the above terms are deemed accepted and signed by Shelter Publications and by you as the registered Re-Seller.
